FAA-Licensed Photography and Videography

Want aerial shots?  Want to use them commercially?  If so, you need to hire a FAA-licensed pilot to shoot them.  And if you plan to have aerial shoots at your wedding or other special event and you're paying for those shots, your pilot legally needs to be a FAA-licensed pilot.
